I saw the pendant from a 1mm (18 gauge) sterling silver sheet, solder a ring in the back side, file and polish to a shiny bright finish (can be made with a matte finish if you prefer).

Measurements: The pendant is 2 cm/ 0.8 inch high.
The chain is 45 cm/ 18 inches long.
